Your first visit
LiveWell Clinic provides primary care for adults age 18 and older and is currently accepting new patients. Call the clinic for preparation instructions and any questions before your visit.
New patients are welcome. Please confirm the visit type you need, current appointment openings, and how your insurance or payment will work. Acceptance of new patients does not mean a particular time is available.
Choose a visit. Use the online scheduler or call the office to ask which appointment type fits.
Prepare for your appointment. Follow the instructions the clinic sends. Ask what insurance information, medication list, or prior records are needed.
Understand follow-up. During your visit, ask how next steps, results, and questions will be handled.
